4 Easy Steps

Step 1: Try us out for FREE! We invite you to participate in our Monday night On Ramp class at no charge, (as described in Step 2 below). This class begins at 7:30 PM.

  • Meet our coaches and others like yourself who are eager to learn about the CrossFit experience.
  • Learn about the CrossFit culture, the various movements and participate in a workout, tailored to your fitness level.
  • If you like what you see, you may continue taking the On Ramp series, (or participate in a later On Ramp series if that suits your schedule better).

Step 2: Attend our mandatory introductory “On Ramp” classes.  You will learn all the CrossFit moves, learn about fitness and nutrition, and do workouts scaled to your ability. “On Ramp” is a one month (with a minimum of 9 class) session. You can hop in at the beginning of each week (Monday night). It is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday nights at 7:30pm. Can’t make these times? Contact us… we will work with you! Cost of On Ramp: $150.

Step 3: Upon completing your 9 classes of On Ramp, you can begin the regular CrossFit classes! OR if you want a little more time in On Ramp, you may continue to attend those classes.  Your membership will automatically renew at a 3x/week membership. There is no obligation to continue or contracts to sign. If CrossFit is not for you, just let us know and we will discontinue your membership. If you loved it, GREAT! We can bump you up to our unlimited membership.

Step 4 (optional): Get hooked up with a CFF buddy! If you are nervous about going into your first “real” CrossFit class we will partner you up with a seasoned CFF member. They will help walk you through your first few classes and show your the ropes!
